Simply shake well before use. Lean forward and tilt nose downward 45 degrees. (Do not tilt your head backwards). Spray one time in each nostril.
Do NOT blow your nose after spraying. If the solution drips, wipe your nose with tissues.

Use every 4 hours as needed.
Do not use more than 4 times per
nostril a day.

The solution contains povidone iodine, which is naturally reddish brown in color.
